+: La comida excelente, las instalaciones excelentes también! Muy buena relación precio calidad

-: Lo único molesto es que por ofrecer buena atención hay un exceso, entonces todo el tiempo tenes personal a la vuelta preguntándote si está todo bien, ofreciendo servicios, queriendo que compres su programa de club Melia, y es molesto que todo el tiempo te estén buscando para eso!Lo otro que no es muy lindo es la playa del hotel, a unos metros del hotel es más linda el agua! No nos gusto que no tengan el servicio de comidas 24 hs. Solo funciona hasta las 23 hs

+: Tout l'attention du personnel, la propreté, les restaurants. Magnifique séjour. L'application des règles sanitaires par le personnel était impeccable, je me suis sentie en sécurité.

-: Seulement il manquait une cafetière dans la chambre, et du café ou du thé au bar de la piscine.

+: Exceptional customer service! Very customer oriented. The agency sent wrong confirmation to the hotel and personnel resolve everything with agency. We had late flight and manager kindly grant free late check out. Great beach! Hotel is not new but in good condition!

+: Le personnel était super sympa, souriant, attentionné et serviable. Shout out à Jesùs qui nous a chouchouté. L'hôtel était très beau, notre chambre exceptionnelle avec le jacuzzi sur le balcon, et la magnifique vue. La plage privée est à 2 pas, nous avons passé de supers moments et avons eu la chance d'avoir une mer claire et de voir les petits poissons dans l'eau. Même si toutes les activités n'étaient pas disponible à cause du covid (salle de jeux des enfants), les activités proposés étaient sympas ! Il y avait moins de touristes que d’habitude ce qui était parfait pour apprécier l’hôtel. L'hotel est proche du centre ville, comme nous avions loué une voiture du coup c'était pratique pour nos visites à l'extérieur.

+: Due to COVID-19, half of the restaurants and resort were closed but it is a HUGE resort so we really didn't notice. Armando, Daniel and Angel were the best part of our stay and were so accommodating! We really had a good time.
