+: Beautiful place !! The staff was amazing this is my third time coming in and has exceeded my expectations. One of my family members got sick and they even offered medical service and cooked special food to help feeling better.

-: Maybe will require better bed from the sofa but you can ask to place another mattress and if they have availability they offered me another bed. The towels need a little bit of softener , they are rough to dry with and it hurts a little bit after you are sunburned.

+: Beautiful resort with fantastic staff, everyone was so friendly (shout out to Freddy in the entertainment crew and Diana in the buffet), helpful and attentive. Lots of helping with Spanish and genuinely making sure we had the best time. Food was great, pools were fantastic, drinks really nice, would return in a heartbeat. We went for our honeymoon and honestly I am so glad, can't imagine a better time.

+: The pools were nice The buffet was good the transportations to, and from the other hotels were good. and the entertainment at night was also good.

-: As soon as we arrived, we were hit with a $500 environmental fee, which was never indicated on bookings.com😡 cleaning of our rooms were really not good at all too many bugs. To be honest this is definitely not a five star hotel.

+: Staff was nice, food was good @ the buffet, a la carte restaurants for dinner - presentation and service were nice. Had a good experience with the taxi reserved for us by Bahia to get to the airport in Cancun, Gustavo was our driver and had his own company, it was more expensive but safe and pleasant trip.

-: Rooms very outdated, the bed sheets were all stained and worn out. The window screens and blinds were stained and old, long way to the beach, the lower Bahia resorts nearby the beach seemed to have better food @ the buffet, towels (bath & beach) were extremely worn out, resort is very far from Cancun airport, taxis are expensive. We had an unpleasant experience with cabsi & mozio taxi on our way from Cancun airport to the resort. All inclusive Cocktails have very little alcohol, wine tasted very cheap. If you want premium you must pay extra.A la carte restaurants for dinner were disappointening, no authentic food, nothing compared to a real upscale restaurant.Unfortunately we were forced to stay in the resort because we booked a tour to Tulum on the day before our departure (very limited availability over the weekend) via Bahia app and apparently nobody received our reservation! So we lost the opportunity of seeing anything outside the resort.

+: Me encanto el resort, las comidas del buffet mas que de los restaurantes a la carta, personal muy amable, amenidades fabulosas. Hicimos upgrade al penthouse y nos sorprendio.

-: Habia varios locales cerrados, estaban en obras en los alrededores y se escuchaban los ruidos desde la terraza. La cama no era muy comoda.

+: I did like the option to go to all of the locations via the trolleys they had. I thought the buffets were pretty good and the fresh cooked buffet chefs were excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful!!!

-: The facilities were outdated and you could tell that even though the sheets were clean, they were old. The bedsheets literally looked like they had been there for at least 5-7 years just continuously cleaned but becoming damaged along the way. We couldn’t even enjoy the spa tub because is was so old and cracking.
