+: Cesar na recepcji bardzo nam pomogl, po tym jak inna Pani dala nam nie ten pokoj jaki rezerwowalismy. Wymagrodzil nam zamieszanie i bylismy zachwyceni nim i pobytem. Ogolnie bardzo sie nam podobalo.

+: Excellent food and drinks! All the staff was so nice and helpful. The location was close to downtown. We definitely will be coming back.

-: I only wish they had more entertainment for adults, if you have kids they will be very entertained with the water park etc

+: All of the service staff were great- particularly Cande at the pool & beach bars! We appreciated how inviting and friendly everyone was.

-: Our room flooded with ~an inch of water on our last day after a night of heavy rain. We found this out at 7:30 am and immediately notified the front desk. They asked us if it could “just be cleaned up” and sent someone to look at the room. He then left, and we sat waiting in our flooded room for another hour. We eventually went back down to the front desk to inquire about whether we would be given another room. It took them 4 hours to get us into a room. We checked back periodically but they told us it would be a while because TEN other rooms had this same issue and had to be moved. All of our luggage, shoes, and some of our clothes were completely soaked (we packed dirty clothes back into luggage on the floor). They promised us complimentary laundry delivered by 9:00 pm (we gave it to them at 10:30 am). We did not have it at 9:00 and contacted the laundry services, and we were told it would be 11 pm. At 10:45, we went to the front desk to ask for a status update when the associate told us we would either have to wait until 7 am (we had to leave before 7 am for our flight) OR “make a laundry staff member stay late”. We did get our laundry by 11:30 pm and had to stay up late packing and be up at 6 am. The entire last day was wasted dealing with this and were not refunded any money despite losing a full day of vacation and having some of our items damaged by this flood. I lost a beloved pair of expensive leather sandals that have now shrunk and warped due to being waterlogged. Also, a piece of the ceiling fell onto the booth 2 feet from me at dinner, and it was left there for the majority of our dinner.
