+: Lo que más me gustó fue el trato de los empleados, súper cordiales y muy amables todo el tiempo

-: Lo que no me gustó mucho fue la comida, sentí que no hubo variedad pero estaba bien

+: Room, buffett, pool and bar.

-: Check in process, staff attentivenes, cleanliness, information availability

+: Excellent location, family oriented resort with water park. Close to the beach with daytime free transportation. Thematic restaurants are good but limited to one dinner every 2 nights stay and demand early reservation (more than 24h in advance, hence needs to be lucky if arriving for a short stay). Free 1h standup paddle or kayak per day, although dependent on weather.Good service, staff in general very friendly and helpful.

-: Accomodations a bit outdated, could be better. All inclusive food had a lot of variety but not necessary quality, juices did not taste fresh. No elevators, that means hauling baggage up yourself when staying in the 2nd or 3rd floors, if you don't find staff nearby to help or don't have the time to wait for them to arrive (the resort is large and your room might be a good 15-20 min walk to the lobby area, although you can request a ride from the lobby to your building complexroom). Information about thematic restaurants and reservations should be more clear on websiteapp, or better yet, explained during checkin.

+: The kids is really nice

-: There is no air conditioned in the restaurant or any public place in the hotel. The fans didn't work properly. It was terrible since the ambient temperature was too high (around 37°C). In the room it was a little bit better but far way from good.The hotel cleanness was not good also.

+: La comida

-: Que todos los servicios tenían un horario de cierre, pero media hora antes ya no te atendían, ejemplo la barras de tragos.

+: La cena en el restaurante de especialidad Mikado, la variedad de comida en el buffet Kukulcán, la amplitud de las habitaciones con amenidades y los eventos en la plaza central por las noches!!

-: Al hacer el check-in es tardado e igualmente que te lleven a tu habitación con tus maletas y desplazarse hasta las zonas comunes desde tu villa es muy complicado, pierdes DEMASIADO tiempo esperando los carritos que te llevan y eso que NO fuimos en la temporada más alta...

+: I liked that on the territory of the hotel there are different animals, an excellent aqua park for children, jacuzzis right next to the villa where I lived. We were also satisfied with the hotel service.
