+: L’emplacement de l’hôtel, moderne, plusieurs restaurants, piscine au sel

-: Le vigile de la piscine qui nous a refusé l’accès alors que nous étions client de l’hôtel pour une semaine! Il a également refusé à ma fille de 10 ans de prendre de l’eau en libre service!

+: Hotel bem moderno, bem decorado, instalações amplas e com movéis e produtos de qualidade.

-: A geladeira no quarto não é uma geladeira, só mantém a temperatura dos produto e precisava pedir gelo toda hora. Beira mar com pouco espaço de areia, sem cadeiras e muitas algas no mar.

+: The Staff were amazing! From front desk staff, pool manager Jorge & his recommendations, Restaurant manager Bernardo & his team so attentive & service from Jose second to none. The staff make this hotel.

-: Some extra attention to deep cleaning of rooms. Generally clean, but accumulated dust on rope bed heads & bathroom wooden walls next to wet areas required. A dehumidifier would have been great too.
