-: It was called in the restaurants, but one of the two restaurants doesn't have umbrellas outside, so it was too hot at lunch. It would be nice if you could set up umbrellas in the outdoors eating area.

+: Beautiful quiet little resort. Staff was amazing always making us feel pampered. Specially Eduardo welcoming us, Antonio from bar, his great skills & personality really safe the day a couple of times. Jonathan from the night restaurants was amazing always. All the team that runs swimming pool & beach area were absolutely awesome!! and the lady from Night housekeeping (so sorry I never got her name) her details were outstanding.
-: FIRST DAY We arrived 2 nights in advance of our original reservation. Tried to communicate with Grand Residences but couldn't get any answer, finally some staff from the airport help us get another little resort in the busiest area in Cancun to stay for 2 nights. Just before we check in that other hotel y get to communicate with Grand Residences and after a few minutes Chris from reservation department inform us that they do have availability for 2 extra nights in 1 room and what the exact price was. After a bit more than 1 hour taxi drive we arrived ( near 9pm) at reception, they informed us that the price was USD 400 UP! and that we have to change to different rooms 3 TIMES total. I almost star crying feeling defeated, being that late & so far away from another hotel option. They accepted was a mistake from their reservation team many times but still, being that late and we so tired and hopeless... we ended up paying extra of what I was told originally, still paid extra for our meals until next day at noon and still got to change to different rooms 3 times total:2ND DAY Floating from 11 am o 4 pm around the hotel, taking our bags from custody and changing in bathrooms. At the end, the day of our original reservation (you would think that they will try to make it better right? Nope!)3RD DAY I was told by reception that we could wait AGAIN until 4pm to get our original booked room (ocean view) or they can give us a "free upgrade room" that was ready at the moment (bigger room yes, but far far away from ocean view) By that time we were sick of moving and not being able to unpack decently and enjoy 100% our holidays, so we accept it.
