+: La habitación amplia y moderna. Anastasio del Buffet

-: Estuvimos 3 noches y un día entero lo dedicamos a armar valijas para cambiarnos de habitación, ya que la nuestra se llovía. Si bien nos ofrecieron alguna amenidad en la habitación por el mal momento, por supuesto que eso no es suficiente.Sentímos que fue el dinero peor invertido, ya que la idea era disfrutar del hotel all inclusive, y no pudimos. Lo único bueno fue la última noche que nos atendió Anastasio en el Buffet del Lobby. Un 10 para ANASTASIO Y GRACIAS por tu buen humor.Una pena, pero no volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí.

-: Booking.com canceled 3 of the 12 reservations we had just days before we were to travel. We were able to rebook, but of course at a higher rate. They promised to honor the original rate but to date we have received no news. Also , 1 of the rooms had a clogged toilet for 3 days. Marlene Castro , from Guest Services, said since we booked with booking.com that the hotel was not responsible for any compensation for these 3 days! It is a classic case of the “blame game” and nothing gets solved. Neither side wants to take any responsibility.

+: Lots of space so it never felt crowded.

-: We were a group of 12 rooms and booking.com canceled 3 reservations just days before our arrival. They were able to rebook, at a higher rate of course, but booking.com promised they would be in touch about honoring their original rate. Well, that hasn’t happened. No response from booking.com.And one of our rooms had a plugged toilet for 3 days. Guest services refused to refund any compensation for this terrible inconvenience. Grand Sirenis Guest Services employee Marlene Castro told us booking.com would have to reimburse us since we booked through them. In short, we were frustrated with these troubles.

+: Las actividades, el espacio para las albercas

-: El personal son muy feos con los latinos muy mal, la comida muy procesada hasta en los restaurantes con reservacion

+: The rooms are big and comfortable. The shows at night are really well performed and with lots of energy and wardrobe. The Italian restaurant was great.

-: Some staff were not as friendly as others. Food was not that good, just plain flavors but quantity and variety was good. Pool closes at 7 and I think that is too early.
