Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel Hacienda Tres Rios Resort, Spa & Nature Park 5* 2025-2026 Mexico, Riviera Maya

+: El hotel esta muy lindo, tiene muchas areas verdes, los rios y cenotes, actividades para hacer. Yo vivo en Cancun desde hace mas de 20 años, conozco muchos hoteles, este esta lindo pero la calidad de la comida es muy mala. Si lo recomiendo pero no para mas de 2 noches.

-: La comida es muy mala en la mayoria, aunque se ve que estan remodelando, hay muchas cosas que pueden mejorar. No hay snack bar cerca de la alberca, las bebidas y el alcohol que dan es de muy muy mala calidad, les recomiendo pidan solo cervezas ya que las dan en lata pero en general el alcohol es de mala calidad.

+: Las instalaciones son muy buenas, los restaurantes muy buenos para el all inclusive. El personal no es de lo más agradable, en el lugar colocamos un reclamo por Abel, quien atiende el bar pool de la.piscina, siempre con mala actitud, el decidía cerrar la preparación de tragos del bar por lo menos media hora antes del cierre programado, con muy mala actitud y pésima disposición para hacer los tragos, al final negro y restringió nuestro all inclusive

-: El Bartender, quien atiende los bares de la piscina y del comedor general. Nos restringió y privó de nuestro all inclusive, pésima atención.

+: El servicio de kayac y los restaurantes de especialidades

+: The property itself was too notch 👍👍👍 Expectations were met just for the grounds alone. The rivers, beach and cenotes were beautiful. The entire nature ground surrounding the property was amazing. Lots of beautiful pictures.The included kayak and bicycle tours were great too, the guides were friendly.

-: Most of the employees were not very attentive. Mostly giving the best service to Spanish speaking guests and the "special members". Felt like 2nd class guests there even though we paid a premium for All Inclusive over New Year's. Only one bartender, Cesar, was super kind and took great care of my teenage son throughout our stay. Making the best virgin frozen pina coladas and margaritas for us. He was the redemption for the entire staff for our stay. The building felt like it was built with paper. I have never experienced such terrible sound proofing in my entire life 🙄. We heard every person walking by outside that every scraping furniture in the above room, ruining any chance of a sleep in. The staff also spoke and worked very loudly, without awareness or care not to disturb their guests. It was most unpleasant. Also the bed was not very comfortable, the springs were either very old or low density. Bottled water was not refilled by housekeeping but had to be requested.

+: La comida, buena variedad y calidad. El personal todo muy profesional y amigable. El lugar está bien pensado y diseñado para disfrutar en familia, para todas las edades.

-: El mar, estaba super contaminado de un residuo que nadie sabía explicar de dónde venía. No pudimos usar la playa. Están en remodelaciones en el hotel y las ruidos de la construccion, el polvo y la reducción en oferta de cuartos no estuvo bueno. Algunas áreas yo servicios del hotel están un poco abandonados, quizás por eso están renovando, lo cual está bien.
