+: Great location, nice room and the hotel has a cosy bar with friendly and attentive staff. (Very different from the pool service!)

-: I was thoroughly disappointed with the pool service. The pool's location is poorly planned, as it is almost constantly in the shadow, making it impossible to enjoy the sun. Additionally, the service around the pool area was subpar, with very long wait times and inattentive, unfriendly staff. The loungers were old and worn... For a hotel of Hilton's reputation, I expected much better. This aspect of my stay certainly did not meet the standards I anticipated. Also the breakfast room felt uninviting and lacked a social atmosphere. After our first visit, we decided to have breakfast outside the hotel for the rest of our stay.

+: Spacious room, very clean. Good service. Nice pool area

-: Before check out time, my room key was de-activated, with all my luggage still in the room. Many guests at the pool area leave their trash, having plastic cups flowing in the pool and people smoking. More attention, monitoring and instruction to guests to this area seems required (why would leave your trash and not throw it away??)

-: I don´t know if there is something because we book the room through a third party, but this has been a recurrent thing that the hotel gives us the last room. the last in the hall. o the one that is far away. even we choose a higher category, that doesn't matter always a bad spot. and I started to think it is because the reservation is in booking.com
