-: el desayuno dicen incluido y no es cierto ya que loa huevos te los cobran y eso es de muy mal gusto ya que incluido es incluido, por ese motivo no consumimos más en el hotel, gastamos en club de playa, muy mal. el servicio de los meseros fue bueno, nada negativo en eso. también limpian y apagan los aires acondicionados de la habitación y luego tardan en tener buen clima.

-: Beach was clearly beautiful once.However it is now covered in mounds of rotting foul smelling seaweed. It is not pleasant to be on or look at.Staff seemed to range from surly to hostile.We tried to avoid interaction with them as much as possible and spent as much time away from the hotel as possible

+: Jesus and all the staff could not have done more to make our stay as happy, relaxed and fantastic as possible. the location is great - walking distance to many bars and restaurants while at the same time having one of the best places to eat while being away from the loud music elsewhere. Lovely beach, plenty of sun beds and cabanas. we stayed in room 24, ocean view on the second floor. and couldn’t have been happier!
-: we moved from room 1 and preferred room 2;, but the move was easy and the hotel (Jesus) very accommodating. they really wanted us to be happy. the seaweed this time of year is everywhere along the coast and can’t be helped. it gets cleared every morning though. Everything in Tulum is London prices - not just this hotel. in fact this one, in Tulum, is good value for money.

+: If they say the breakfast opens at a certain time then they should be ready by that time. I had to wait several times.
-: I did not want pillows on my bed. I hated them put back during the day and then removed. It is totally unnecessary. I will not leave tip for that. One day they did not bring be water either. Sargassum could have been cleaned up in a couple of hours if 4 men had REALLY WORKED. They only played that they are working. It was a joke!

+: Das Personal war super freundlich und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und gemütlich. Das Seeegras am Meer war leider viel und über die ganzen 5 Tage da, weil es einfach zu viel war, um es weg zu räumen
-: das Frühstück war sehr begrenzt mit Obst und Toastbrot, da man für Eier und Käse extra zahlen musste. Diese Basics gehören aus meiner Sicht zu einem 4* Hotel dazu Im Strandbereich gab es Männer die einem etwas verkaufen wollten. Da sie sogar in den Hotelbereich rein gelaufen sind, fanden wir das sehr unangenehm

+: Fantastic location and the staff were really great. Jesus at the front desk was super helpful, as were everybody and Faustino and all the restaurant staff really looked after us. The restaurant has a lovely location and view, and has really lovely food. There was never a shortage of sun loungers which were super comfy. Highly recommended.

+: The hotel setting is lovely, real beach side living! Set in a good location on the beach in terms of a nice part and good amenities, and not too busy! Albert was a great member of staff - knowledgeable and kind!
