+: Clean and the location was great. Staff were professional if a little formal. Free walking tour was fantastic.
-: Far too expensive for what it was, even with a 50% discount. Included breakfast, free coffee and snacks but these were quite average for the premium paid. Room was very small, air conditioning had a bad smell and the pipes gave a loud bang every so often. Was also very noisy on Friday night. Possibly the price reflects the location, but wasn't our favourite accommodation in Mexico.

+: Excelente estancia , excelente desde que llegas al hotel , todas sus atenciones , todos sin excepción alguna son personas maravillosas !hacen que tu viaje sea más placentero ! El desayuno super rico, la ubicación del hotel super bien , el área de café igual todo muy rico , la disponibilidad de botellas de agua en todo momento! Y la atención en cada una de las áreas de lujo...Roberto, Ulises , Vale , Ana , Alberto...mi mamá y yo estamos super agradecidos con ustedes por todas sus atenciones , por ser tan amables con nosotras, por hacer de nuestra estancia lo mejor , por sus recomendaciones !!Claro que regresaremos a ese hotel sin duda alguna !! Esperamos sea pronto
