+: La cercanía con el zócalo. Está muy bonita su decoración y el personal muy atento.
-: Mi habitación no tenía ventanas y olía mucho a encierro. El baño también olía demasiado a humedad, era un olor muy fuerte.

+: The location is great, right in the middle of the center and an easy walk to many beautiful places. The inner courtyard is a calm oasis, and the pool is small but very nice. (The kids loved it). The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed having Oaxaca hot chocolate in the courtyard and nice food in the restaurant.
-: Many rooms don’t have exterior windows or natural light. We would have preferred a room with a window to the outside.

-: There was a water lick on my shower and it took lot of time to try to fix it. At the end they couldn’t fixed and they shut down the water of my bedroom. We had to move to another bedroom at the middle of the night

-: Havia manifestantes em barracas por toda a área central e na porta do hotel. O quarto oferecido tinha pouca ventilação (banheiro sem janelas e apenas uma janela no quarto, que dava para o corredor)

-: No había ascensor, si bien solo había que subir un piso. La ventana de la habitación daba a una zona de paso, lo que obligaba a tener la cortina corrida.
