-: Incredibly run down, definitely not a 4 star Resort. Its all fine if you are occupied with activities most of the day, and just spend time at the hotel to sleep. Bathroom was the worst. Breakfast wasnt great and overall the food situation at the hotel is very poor.

-: Reservando desde Booking.com me dijeron que se haría el cobro con el tipo de cambio del día (cuando no deberían cobrar en una moneda extranjera debido a que el hotel está en México), el tipo de cambio que decidieron tomar era totalmente diferente al del día, y a pesar de que reclame que el precio era diferente al de la página, me dijeron que era por que ellos manejaban otro tipo de cambio. Por lo anterior intente pagar directamente en dólares y me dijeron que no se podía pagar en dólares si no era tarjeta americana, cuando he pagado con mis tarjetas en cualquier moneda que venga el cobro de otros establecimientos.Básicamente me forzaron a pagar lo que decían, que era mayor a lo de Booking.com.
