+: O lugar é lindo, mas eles não te informam que o endereço do Google não vai te levar até o local. Fazem vc perder horas no perrengue sem fim, lembrando que antes de entrar no park vc será revistado por guardas e se vc estiver levando qualquer plástico vão ter que por no lixo

-: O lugar é extraordinário, mas acredite em mim, vc vai ficar horas pra encontrar, eles não te avisam antes que é necessário vc colocar oEndereço de outro hotel pra conseguir chegar dentro desse park privativo

+: Gostei bastante do café da manhã e do bar na praia.

-: Achei o quarto bem escuro.

+: Location top notch and thanks for the ocean view upgrade!!

-: Restaurants closed at 5pm so getting dinner was difficult. They should atleast have a small kitchen for guests to cook basic stuff. Had to request for more water

+: The location is within the national park. Hence, it is pretty quiet and pristine without the general public crowd.

-: As summer is the sea weed season, if the hotel can work out a plan to clean up the beach, that would be perfect. The picturesque Caribbean Sea did not live up to expectations. The breakfast was tiny and if they allow some add ons that would be great.Service wise, generally good. The housekeeping did a super fantastic job as I was there to witness how meticulous she was in ensuring the room was properly cleaned up!

+: Me pareció un hotel muy hermoso, con una ubicación maravillosa para los que gustan alejarse de la muchedumbre y estar en una playa más privada y tranquila. Nuestra cabañacuarto tenía una vista alucinante, era simple pero muy cómodo. Todos los integrantes del servicio muy atentos y amables. Único hotel de toda la reserva que contaba con un tractor para limpiar el sargazo.

-: La verdad no tenemos nada para criticar, quizás que el aire acondicionado en nuestra habitación era pequeño entonces no se enfriaba tanto la habitación, pero enfriaba y también había un ventilador

+: Absolutely loved our room, the proximity to the beach and how removed from the business of life the hotel was.

-: How difficult it was to get drinking water, how frustrating it was to find out while checking in that while there are three restaurants on the premises one of the them has been closed for 1 year, the other was only serving cold food and the other closed before dinner. I didn't like how hard it was to get a taxi to come to the hotel. I didn't like that they didn't allow outside food. I didn't like that the wait staff wasn't very attentive. I didn't like how expensive everything at the hotel was... $30 for one finger of tequila. I didn't like how Americanized everything was... no Spanish music, food or even local tequilas. Despite all of my dislikes, I absolutely loved the hotel itself. I loved the sandy paths to and from our room to the beach. I loved our room so much - we got the plunge pool suite.

+: ビーチが部屋の目の前にある 部屋はキレイ。国立公園のためか部屋の周りは比較的自然そのままというイメージ イグアナが普通にいる。苦手な人は気をつけた方が良い

-: コストパフォーマンスは良いとはいえない。特に滞在関連費用は思ったより高い ホテルの問題ではないが、ビーチは海藻が溜まりあまり気持ちの良いものではない スタッフは付かず離れずというイメージで濃密なホスピタリティを求めるならちょっと違うかもしれない
