+: I’m going back next year. Employee were very very pleasant & accommodating 100%.
-: We had a rain storm and building 4 the electricity shut down however, by that morning hour, they move us to building three- better building better accommodations. Very very nice at no extra cost.

-: La habitación estaba muy sucia. Las palomas se posan en mi balcón y se hacen caca. Había una paloma muerta detrás del aire acondicionado en el balcón. Eso es un problema de salud grave. Cuando llegué estaba muy sucio. Les pedí que limpiarán y lo dejaron a medias. Por otra parte las escaleras del hotel no las barrieron en los 4 días que estuve ahí. Las recepcionista tenían una actitud que no les importaba. Para pedir la factura tienes que enviar un correo. Ya van dos correos y una semana después todavía no la recibo. Así de mal el hotel....

-: The room was unhealthy. Humidity roaches on the floor, bathroom was unacceptable, shower door didn't close. Sink faucets work only one.
