+: La piscina, la comida y la amabilidad del personal.... especialmente: Jiogina de recepción, que nos ofreció actividades del hotel que nos gustaron mucho y nadie nos había dicho. Ricardo, del bar de la piscina, Enrique muy atento y el personal del restaurant Chef's Plate.

+: I had an amazing time at Hyatt. The food was great, the Zen Spa was exceptional, the beach serene. The staff was polite and provided star quality service.
-: The alcoholic drinks wasn't good at all but the Cafe made up for it.
