Set in Cancún in the Quintana Roo Region, 3.1 mi from La Isla Shopping Mall, Iberostar Cancun features a private beach area and water sports facilities. There is a restaurant and guests can have fun at the water park.

+: Pools, food, drinks, beach! All was excellent!!
-: Coming from the Midwest cannot tolerate the heat. The room was 75°, asked for a fan and was told they did not have any. Would have liked the air conditioning to be turned down to at least seventy, but that did not happen.Also, the view from our room could have been much better.Big building in the way could see the ocean around the building. Sort of. The picture below is of the view from our room.When arrived at the airport was told that there was a shuttle but did not find one. Was hassled by the taxi drivers who charged $95 USD for a 20 minute ride. Very disappointed that the shuttle was not available.

+: Very good food, pools and beach. The staffs are very nice.
-: The drains in the bathroom are partially blocked. The Hotel didn’t follow the terms and conditions for payments we had agreed in Booking.com. They charged us 1 month before about 30% and the other 70% 3 days before we arrived. We should have paid 100% during the check in.

+: Toda la comida muy buena, los climas en las habitaciones y el las áreas comunes, muy buenas, la cama muy cómoda, las albercas y las áreas comunes muy amplias, cómodas, le dan abasto a todos los clientes, el servicio de la gente siempre muy atentos, serviciales y su una botella no la tenían iban por la ella.
-: En mi habitación 750, no limpiaron el balcón, ni la mesa de la salita, las almohadas no me gustaron, creo que deben ser más grandes, el clima en el lobby no daba abasto, no limpiaban el sargazo de la arena y del mar, y que los bares de áreas comunes cerraban muy temprano, a las 6:00 pm,

+: Desde la llegada hasta la salida la atención fue genial. Las instalaciones muy bien distribuidas y muchas áreas verdes por donde relajarte. Las habitaciones muy limpias. El buffete bien surtido y con alimentos muy variados.
-: La reservacion que hice en Booking no coincidía con la que tenía el hotel. Reservé 2 habitaciones para dos parejas y en el hotel tenían las dos habitaciones, pero para solo una persona en cada una de ellas, por lo que tuvimos que esperar mas de dos horas a que hicieran las correcciones necesarias. Además, los servicios terminan muy temprano (10 PM), despues de eso ya no hay nada mas que hacer en el hotel.
