-: I booked rooms for two guests, as specified on Booking.com, which clearly indicates the room is meant for two people and fits within my budget. However, from the start, there were several complaints from the hotel staff. They accused us of staining a face towel with makeup, took away our breakfast plates while we were still eating, and even alleged that we caused damage to a table we never used. Additionally, we were reprimanded for smoking in a designated smoking area.I felt discriminated against and poorly treated throughout our stay. My wife and family were unhappy with the overall experience, and it ruined what was supposed to be our most anticipated vacation.

+: The hotel is a modern, clean, and well-kept property. I had huge suite with a balcony to myself, with kitchen, a living room, and a comfortable bed. Location is excellent.
-: Customers should know that this is a repurposed apartment building and not a regular hotel. Though there is a 24-hour desk and a small cafeteria, service sometimes leaves much to be desired. In my room, water pressure was inadequate and the soap holders by the sink and shower were both broken. The living room TV wasn't functional and the bedroom TV was difficult to set up if you wanted to watch streaming channels. Also, I couldn't get a great night's rest because my room faced a street lamp post. Finally, checkout is at 11, far too early by hotel industry standards.
