+: Limpio, amenidades al día, buen servicio

-: Los restaurantes pueden contar con mejor calidad en los alimentos, es decir, no es un todo incluido, en los cuales uno espera un calidad menor. En este caso la calidad era superior a un todo incluido, pero por debajo de la categoría de hotel

+: Nice pool and beach area good service

-: No place to wash off when coming back to pool area from beach. No points for that. All sand goes in swimming pool !!!

+: Very Happy with the room, the pool area and service, the hotel was beautiful and extremely clean. Loved the retail store and the free coupons given on check in. everyone was very polite and efficient.

-: The food we had was very pricey. $84.00 CAD (by the pool) for 2 burgers, a beer and a soft drink seemed like quite a lot. The burgers were just okay. The restaurant by the pool was better but still pricey.

+: Buffett Breakfast was very good, they had omelette station, & taco & tostadas made to order, as well as variety of pastries, pancakes & waffles, fresh fruit station & Asian selection including fresh variety of Salmon, also fresh fruit juices & coffee.

-: Trouble checking in, we paid for Concierge level with Club 91 Access. We had 4 guests, & our reservation only included 2 with the Club access, & 1st day they wouldn’t allow us in to the Club 91. They said we had to purchase additional passes for whole party. When I asked to speak wMgmt to clear things they never got back to me about it. Very disappointed, as we paid additional for this, also paid for breakfast buffet & asked since we missed the 1st day because of our flight, if we could receive a credit, they said they would ask & never got back to me about that as well. Basically we paid for Club 91 perks & weren’t able to enjoy all the benefits, really upsetting because we asked to speak to Management to resolve & they never got back to us.

+: El desayuno le falta más sabor y la ubicación bien

+: the location of the hotel was outstanding if your not looking for an all inclusive resorts with many different restaurants just across the street. The hotel is very clean with great view on the beach and outstanding staff and services.
