+: The location was perfect outside of the hotel you have a lot of clubs, restaurants and shopping. The staff was excellent everything was smooth

-: The quality of breakfast at the buffet, the drinks could be stronger. No liquor in the room. It was not many young adults our age at the resort 30-35 age group.

+: Localização do hotel, próximo do centro de bares e restaurantes, como Coco Bongo, Senor Frogs e Hard Rock Café.

-: Quarto precisa de reforma, elevadores quebrados, restaurante precisa melhorar espaço para possibilitar a janta e o buffet do almoço é ruim, ao ponto de preferir o snack da praia do que almoçar o que tinha no buffet. Profissionais cansados e sem paciência para melhor atender. Estranho o hotel estar como 5 estrelas. Enfim, o local é bom mas o custo-benefício não é adequado.
