-: The receptionist was really rude at the check in. I don’t know if he was tired or something but he didn’t explain anything about how the resort works to first time guests. It looked like he was making me a favor for checking us in. When I complained about his attitude to his co-workers they said: “he is our manager, he is like that” Poor answer!

-: que cuando quise ver la posibilidad de reservar con ellos directamente, me quisieron dormir con un video y con " beneficios", pero deseaban que hiciera una aportación económica importante, porque para poder llamar y reservar directo, como socio, porque siendo una persona común simplemente no se podía . otra es que considero que deberían poner un bar en la alberca de adultos, porque eso de estarse saliendo cada que se acaba una bebida no me gusto del todo, se supone que es para adultos y pues ahí hay mas libertad para los mismos, pero andando de un lado a otro por las bebidas no me gusto. y creo que deberían hacer mas actividades para los huéspedes.

-: This hotel was not only dirty but the fact that 2 adults and a 6 year old a 9 year old and a 14 year old was going to apparently fit on a 2 DOUBLE bed. I asked for a balcony before I booked and said yes there will be one available for us. I get there and NO BALCONY just a view of a dirty windows If I had known that I wouldn’t have booked it. I canceled my stay the day of and then they said they have now have a balcony available for us I refused because why couldn’t I get that when it was requested in the first place but after canceling the day of at the location they said I would have to pay a cancellation fee which I was ok with. 3 months later I still have not received no refund and lost 2 thousand dollars to this hotel. Never again!!!

-: No me gusto. Que no tiene estacionamiento privado , La comida no me gustó. Mal sabor. No me gustó la habitación, había ventanal pero no lo podíamos abrir , el hotel lo cancelo. Le puso algo para no abrirlo. El aire acondicionado es horrible. Se siente te super sofocante. No pude dormir.

+: La alberca climatizada y todas las instalaciones estaban muy limpias.
-: La comida no es muy variada y no tiene buen sabor. Además, la mayoría de los huéspedes eran extranjeros por lo que lamentablemente, la atención de los meseros, se enfocaba en su totalidad, en los extranjeros.Pocos fueron los meseros que nos brindaron buena atención ☹️☹️
