-: el servicio de limpieza, nos dejaron de hacer la habitación un día, y el segundo día se aviso que si podían hacerla a las 8am , se llamo por tel, regresamos a la 1:30 pm y todavía no la habían hecho. creo que el problema fue el chico de recepción, ya que un día antes pedimos un masaje y el área de spa , tampoco estaba listo, estaba muy sucio.

-: The soft product is appalling. This is mainly down to the manager. You get two coffees a day (if they remember). Any more--you pay. Same with water. Missed THREE days of cleaning (possibly a nap on my part), but no follow up. Generally, trying to nickel and dime you on an already expensive room. Takes three people to do anything. Example: I needed an extra day. They agreed. Day before my key expires I go to reception. 10 minutes later, I get my key back (much back and forth). The day I was supposed to check out (before extension), the card doesn't work. 10 more minutes. You get the picture. Breakfast adequate (Oscar very good). An unfortunate dinner (raining outside) involved 90dB football commentary and two giant screens. I'm facing away, with earplugs. Only person there. Does it change? It does not. Just bad customer service all round.
