+: Location - opposite Luxury Mall & not too far from the airport All inclusive services Pool and pool services

-: Rooms and general areas. I stayed at Live Aqua San Miguel which had nicer rooms and overall more classy, expected same standard in Cancun branch

+: Piscina infinity Pool linda, Chuveiro muito bom, cama boa, produtos o quarto de higiene pessoal de boa qualidade, serviço de quarto muito bom! Atendimento do pessoal da recepção, dos restaurantes e dos bar interno da noite foi muito top! Héctor no bar da noite fez uns drinks muito tops e lindos… fez nossa experiência ser bem animada e única naquela noite! Serviço de quarto muito bom também.

-: Atendimento da piscina faltou muito pra ser excelente, tínhamos que sair da piscina e ir buscar a bebida no bar opções de comida limitada, não tem um lugar de doce ou sorvete (essa parte eu nem acreditei… rs…. Só no restaurante servia sobremesa) , não tem opção de carne no All inclusive (apenas pagando a parte)A alimentação que fez a nota cair no custo benefício. (Comparando com outros hotéis da região, All inclusive e do mesmo nível)

+: Very close to the airport, shopping mall across the street, food was excellent, staff were as awesome and the pool and amenities were great.

+: The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was phenomenal for an all inclusive. Drinks were great as well. Room was very pretty and the view for the ocean front was breath taking.

-: There was a small hiccup when we arrived and one time during our stay. The battery from the door was low and it wouldn’t let us in with our bracelets. Frustrating at first but the staff was quick to address the issue.

+: Staff were wonderful!!

-: Property was a little dated. Needs an update!

-: Que te quieran convencer con mucho eñ entusiasmo a pertenecer a su programa de puntos. Las ventas deben de ser al natural no con labores de convencimiento extremo
