+: Cudowny obiekt, całe studio było baaardzo luksusowe jak za cenę która zapłaciliśmy. Wszyscy w LiveTulum byli przemili i pomocni. Basen był świetny a samemu studio nie brakowało niczego, pięknie urządzony i wyposażony.

+: This was a very nice room that breathed vacation. Nicely decorated, and yes the pretty pictures you see also apply to the smallest room. Friendly staff, free drinkable water. Good value for money, would definately return.

+: Upon entrance, the room was lovely. They had hangers for clothing, nice body wash and shampoo (no conditioner), cotton balls for makeup remover, clean towels and some filtered water by the sink for teeth brushing. Wifi code was given to us upon arrival. Location was pretty good, walkable to the main strip in town and close to a money exchange. Overall we had a pleasant stay.
-: The cleaning staff never made the bed even once. Not sure if that is customary, but I was not use to it. Instead, they would just replace the towels and take out the trash. They also expect a tip, and leave cards asking for extra cash. The coffee pot was also dirty. Also, we had a really hard time finding the place. Make sure you type in the right address because there is another spot by the same name a few streets over on Google.
