+: The resort was new so it was nice and staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the rooms were pretty good as well.
-: No beach, only five different places to eat there with no good selection of food to choose from, not much activities for an all adults resort.

-: It does not have 5-star standards .The food was below expectations, especially the ravioli, with the filling still partially frozen.That we had to wait more than 30 minutes to be seated for dinner at any of the restaurants. They didn't allow us to check out 30 minutes later.

-: Rezeption nicht sehr hilfsbereit, über Booking hatten wir Suite mit Meerblick gebucht, das Hotel gibt uns Zimmer mit Blick auf Hauswand, auf unsere Reklamation hin sagt das Hotel das Angebot ist ein Fehler von Booking, gegen einen Aufpreis von 300 USdllr bietet uns das Hotel die gebuchte Suite mit Meerblick an und sagt der Fehler liegt bei Booking und wir sollen uns den Aufpreis von Booking wieder holen, sowas ist uns in 10 Jahren noch nicht passiert, die Reklamation bei Booking war negativ, Booking hat wieder auf das Hotel verwiesen, aus México mit der Zeitverschiebung ist Booking nicht zeitnah erreichbar. So bleibt die Entscheidung bei uns weitere Schritte wegen nicht Erfüllung einzuleiten. Die Getränke sind nicht immer „alle Inclusive“. Die Liegen am Strand sind nicht alle „All inclusive“.

+: Hotel is nice and clean. Access to the beach is great and beach is well maintained.
-: The food from the Italian restaurant was not great. On top of that they blast the AC and when the food gets there it’s cold. Secondly, they say they are kid friendly but they are not. They don’t allow food outside of the restaurants, we asked for ice cream for our kids at the main pool bar and they had to request special permission. They made sure to tell us it was a one time thing, like they were doing us some special favour. Kids club only allows 4yo and over and the nanny services are over priced at $30hr USD. They also had very few activities, and not many for kids. Pool towels were scarce, they didn’t replenish them often enough. Quality of alcohol isn’t great either. Bar closes at midnight which was pretty early. You have no other options if you want to chill out after that.
