+: Trata-se de um mini shopping que foi convertido em hospedagem. Muito próximo a praia Caracol (de onde partem os ferry boats para Isla Mujeres), vários restantes e comércio também estão bem perto. O Hotel fica do outro lado da rua em relação ao badalado resort RIU. No complexo do hotel existe uma excelente cafeteira para tomar o café da manhã ( que não está incluso na diaria)

-: O vaso sanitário fica dentro do box do chuveiro ficando molhado toda vez que se toma banho (isso é um pequeno detalhe que não prejudica muito na estada).
