-: We were over charged £4500.00. They agreed and then took 2 weeks to refund us and kept promising. It took emails to the group CEO and a report to Amex for fraud for it to be refunded. The staff at the front desk were terrible with “Jesus” reducing my 7 old daughter to tears. We nearly missed our flight home because of their error. I would strongly recommend you avoid the don’t book and look elsewhere. Worst experience I have ever had. We still haven’t had an apology which is disgraceful. Don’t go and don’t book
