+: L'équipe de l'hôtel est très sympathique et essaie toujours d'aider.La décoration des chambres est jolie.

-: Ma.chambre front de mer ne laissait pas du tout voir la mer.Le matelas aurait pu être plus confortable.Pour ceux qui ont un rooftop personnel, il n'est pas très utile.

+: La literie est très confortable, l hôtel est vraiment très beau.

+: Everything was perfect. The location of the hotel is perfect, near the center (5 minutes walking) super calm area. The rooms was perfect, spacious with very beds, nice view on the ocean. The hotel is modern and has all amenities, the pool was perfect for a relaxing time. The beach was incredible, with an amazing restaurant where we had lunch everyday, and the beach club is perfect, cabanas and sunbed for everyone, lounge music, and drinks all day long. It’s by far the best beach club of the island! And the staff 1010 so nice so accommodating for everything. Always brought stuff for my kids, from fresh juice to beach toys… Bottom line, go!

+: The island is beautiful.The hotel was in a great position. Easy to access the town and right on the beach. The beach area has sun bedsloungers for guests with the restaurant between them and the hotel.The beach area appeared to be one of the best having explored the area a little. The staff were really nice and very helpful.The rooms were clean and cool.

-: We were there out of season. The sunbeds can be used by people who are not guests if they pay for them. I can imagine that this could cause difficulties for guests trying to find loungers during peak season.

+: La recamara

-: El malestar por la música demasiado fuerte en el restaurante y el club de playa. El Gerente Ari no quiere entender a sus huespedes, ni siquiera escucharlos, y muchos se quejaron de la música fuerte y tan poco apropiada. A tal punto que menos del 20% de los huespedes usa los camastros del club de playa, y por supuesto no consume en el restaurante del hotel. Cuando me queje por tercera vez del volumen de la música la bajaron pero 10 minutos despues el Gerente obligo a los empleados a subirla otra vez. Hay que despedir a este gerente que es terco y no es capaz de satisfacer a sus huespedes.
