-: El trato de uno de los muchachos de recepción no fue el mejor, intenté hacer check in porque se encontraba desocupado a la vista, me acerqué para poder realizarlo y su respuesta fue « estoy ocupado, en un momento yo la llamo » espers y espere y nunca me llamó, mejor cuando se liberó otra señorita me acerqué para poder realizarlo y amablemente me ayudó con el check in, también, tienen un sistema muy lento para facturar, cuando en otros hoteles te envían o entregan la factura al día siguiente y aquí ponen y piden demasiadas cosas para una simple factura.

-: El personal de recepción con muy poco esmero para recibirte y hacer el check in. El hotel necesita mayor mantenimiento. Placard oscuro y las puertas no cierran adecuadamente. El depósito del inodoro pierde agua constantemente, a pesar del reclamo, no se arregló. Griferías pierden agua.

-: This hotel is the worst hotel i hv ever met.. The can not provide liveable room(new painting ,smell ,make me hard to breathe) in my second time's booking and i cancel the booking . but it reject to refund. That is it.It is a lesson for me that do not pay in advance till you check the room.
