+: Le front de mer , le concept de l'hotel est joli, des tentes dans une foret au milieu de la vegetation

-: Chambres sombres, aucune indication pour retrouver sa chambre au milieu de la foret et vegetation.. le sable dans les allés que vous emportez dans la chambre et la rend sableuse ... desagreable ... les toilettes sr bouchent ....pour le prix , pas de cafetiere , ni de frigo dans la chambre , petit dejeuner a payer en plus a 40 dollars ... c joli mais excessivement cher pour le service et equipements fournis...

+: Absolutely mind blowing all round. If your looking for a hotel built in a totally natural environment then this is the place for you in Tulum. Staff were excellent, quality of the service and food exceptional.

-: It’s really easy to get lost in the hotel grounds, signage or a map on arrival would have been great. Room lighting was very dim.
