One of our top picks in Puerto Morelos.Set on a private beach in Puerto Morelos, this luxury all-inclusive complex has 3 outdoor pools, 8 restaurants and a hydrotherapy spa. Suites have a terrace with sea or jungle views.
Now Jade Riviera offers a tennis school, and guests enjoy free green fees at a local golf course. Watersports facilities include kayaking, snorkeling and a PADI scuba diving center.
Decorated in bright colors, each spacious suite has a seating area, iPod dock and cable TV. Mini-bars are refilled daily with soft drinks and beer. Bathrooms include a spa bath and bathrobes.
You can choose buffet meals or gourmet à la carte cuisine in the varied restaurants. There are swim-up pool bars and beach waiter service. Entertainment includes cocktail parties, live music and shows.

+: There is a lot to like, its the first all-inclusive I've been at and I am a frequent global traveller so my expecations are higher than the average person. I liked the room, especially the large balcony overlookng the adult pools and the beach. Room service was top notch. The staff were expectional in most cases. Club louge worth it - both great service and access to better cocktails. Service at adult only pool exceptional, as were the padded lounge chairs.
-: The restaurants, with the exception of the buffet, were sub-average - quality was lacking. Most food did not arrive hot. I didn't like the resort's push to see their Vacation Club as I was approached multiple times during my stay by enthusiastic sales people.

+: Il nostro soggiorno è iniziato male in quanto abbiamo incontrato un problema di umidità nella stanza. Dopo esserci confrontati con il personale questo ha mostrato molta comprensione cambiandoci di stanza. In seguito ci sono state numerose occasioni dove il personale ci ha dimostrato che ha veramente a cuore il nostro benessere di ospiti. Le nostre ragazze di 1112 anni si sono divertite tantissimo grazie al diversificato programma di intrattenimento. La spiaggia purtroppo è stata rovinata dal maltempo ma rimane comunque bellissima grazie alla sua eccezionale posizione sulla riviera maya.
-: Non ci è piaciuto che le bevande in spiaggia e presso la piscina non erano servite in lattina o bottiglia. Anche la birra era di qualità inferiore. Era necessario insistere per ricevere delle bevande chiuse.
