+: No one cleaned our room for 4 days straight. I called and went to the front desk. The staff at the front desk didn't care. If you have an emergency, good luck getting anyone to answer the front desk phone, housekeeping or bellboy. The entertainment staff is great. Jonathan goes above and beyond to make sure guests have a great time!Couldn't get pool towels. They said you need a card. Well, I was standing there with 2 towels to return for new ones and they kept asking for my towel card! Never got towel cards at check-in!The trip we returned home from last night was our 7th trip to Allegro, sadly, we won't be back.

+: - posizione- colazioni pranzi e cene molto abbondanti e vari- frigo e cassaforte in camera - spiaggia molto bella - tourist point alla reception per informazioni turistiche- l‘hotel offre tutti i servizi possibili (ristoranti, piscine, palestre, spa, negozio ecc)- parcheggio privato

-: - a volte l’animazione era un po‘ troppo (musica alta mentre vorresti rilassarti in spiaggia o la sera per la animazione). Va detto però che dura un’oretta al massimo e che anche la sera alle 10 finisce - il bagno era molto vecchio e aveva un brutto odore di fogna. Inoltre il pavimento del bagno rimaneva sempre bagnato a causa dell’umidità

+: Convenient for diving and dive operation was very good

-: Room was ok but would have been nice to have effective air conditioning. Entire resort complained. Staff not really responsive. Four of us and 4 different rooms, all with the same issue. Food was just ok.

+: Great location and outstanding staff.

-: Ants would come in the evening into the room. Mentioned to staff but not sure much could be done.

-: Que yo había depositado decía pago para dos personas y al llegar me dijeron que tenían que hacerme un nuevo pago pagué el doble porquee dijeron que en la plataforma solo se pagó de una persona y eso no fue claro porque en la plataforma decía que eramos dos personas

-: Que no hubiera tanta variedad en la comida y que en el area de cena de palapa estuviera tan caliente

-: La comida sobre todo la cena, no hay variedad y me hizo mal de estómago. Se ve que reciclan lo que sobra
