+: I have stay at this property since 2011 when it sold in 2016 or so it’s gone down hill as far as management the staff in restaurants and pool is fantastic the front desk needs help as far as facilities if you like hot rooms and broken thinks it’s great I go back only because of the staff they are so accommodating to any need while dining or enjoying the pool setting in the bar at night it’s amazing but the place lacks maintenance repairs and for god sack ac in room really raise the price people will still come I would look for us the repeat costumer not new ones we spend money.

+: Que estaba junto a una playa muy linda... tenian embarcadero propio, y las actividades de los niños mi hijo las disfruto

-: El aire acondicionado de la habitacion, era muy bajo y hacia mucha calor. Nos tubieron que reubicar en otra habitacion y ahi mejor

-: Las bebidas las preparan con alcohol de mala calidad, aunque cobren mas prefiero bebidas de buena calidad

+: Las instalaciones muy bonitas, muy acogedor, las habitaciones de buen tamaño, la comida muy bien.

-: No limpiaban bien las habitaciones, algunos empleados de los restaurantes buffet con malos modos, se veían fastidiados, no servía el aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, no hay meseros suficientes para bebidas en las albercas, la playa está ya muy reducida, no hay ambiente falta animación y música

-: No umbrellas on the chairs by the beach.No drinks offered while sunbathing. We had to go out of our way to get something to drink in comparison to other all-inclusive resorts.
