+: The staff was wonderful ! This was our second time at Royal Hideaway. It is such a great spot on the beach. Restaurants and room services were great. I love that they have breakfast and lunch buffet with an ocean view. We had the best Massages at the spa. We met a lot of the conciergiers from the different buildings. They are all so helpful. We will be back next year!

-: Our room really needed better air conditioning. I feel that when we asked about it, they were aware of the issue already . When we met other couples that was the biggest complaint. The restaurants needed better air conditioning.

+: The location is great. It’s quiet and has a very pleasant mellow atmosphere. I heard ppl complain about not having a night life — that’s exactly what I loved about it. It’s not for everyone; if you want to party into the night, this is not the place for you.The staff is lovely and most of them are capable. Clean rooms, good beds.

-: The lack of functioning ACs is a massive problem. Only a small portion of their 170 some rooms have functioning ACs. Most rooms are at about 80 degrees. The hotel doesn’t fix them when they send in their techs — the units are simply old needing (part) replacement. The restaurants also lack ACs. You’ll sweat inside. The quality of the food is a disappointment as well. It’s def not a 5*. It used to be so much better. (How do they not know how to make an espresso??)

+: Emplacement exceptionnel. Un resort de haut standing à taille humaine. Des restaurants de qualité et un personnel très attentionné.

+: El lugar es increíble. La calidad de la comida es excelente, hay varios restaurants con una variada carta cada uno ( y contemplan menú para celíacos, vegetarianos y veganos).El desayuno es bufet y nos parecio muy completo , rico y de calidadm Excelente atención del personal. Playa hermosa. Actividades diarias divertidas. Habitación impecable y muy muy cómoda.Sin dudar volveremos.Altamente recomendable.

+: La playa muy amplia y limpia. Las habitaciones muy confortables, decoración sobria, baño muy amplio. Buena variedad de restaurantes

-: No me gustó que cuando te asignaban el último turno para cenar en el restaurante tenías que pedir todo a las apuradas porque la cocina cerraba en 15 minutos, hasta nos hemos quedado sin postre una vez. En el baño no había acondicionador de cabello!

-: Die Zimmerkategorie (Pool-Zimmer)die wir gebucht haben und auch einen Aufpreis dafür bezahlt haben, gab es gar nicht. Hauptrestaurant zu klein und wird am Abend zum Spezialitäten Restaurant um Funktioniert.Als wir um 21.00 Uhr ankamen, war die Rezeption wegen 4 Gästen überlastet und wir mussten fast eine Stunde warten.Buffet am Morgen und Mittag sehr klein und lieblos. Nur ca 90 Plätze für etwa 350 Gäste.Unterhaltung am Abend sehr dürftig.Liegen und Sonnenschirme zum teil defekt und veraltet.Der Orangensaft wurde mit Wasser verdünnt und billigst Weine aus Australien ausgeschenkt.

+: This resort has the friendliest staff who are engaging and willing to meet your every need. The entertainment staff bring high energy for fun daytime activities from beach volleyball to aqua aerobics The food was excellent with 5 unique restaurants with wonderful service

-: Everything was outstanding but the furnishing are a bit dated and worn

-: Never got a change to get a beach chair. People would claim chairs early and only use them for a few hours but horde them for the entire day

+: Sin lugar a dudas la comida, los restaurantes y las opciones de cartas son muy buenas, diría que el mejor de todos los all inclusive que fuí. La ubicación es muy buena y la playa a la cual tiene acceso también. Esta bien organizado. La limpieza es muy buena también.

-: La atención podría mejorar. Algunas cuestiones muy desprolijas que no corresponden y hasta son practicamente ilegales. El hotel acepta efectivo pero no te aceptan USD que no sean azul por mas de que sean validos y de curso legal. Tuve que reclamar con el gerente para que me los acepten. También piden que firmes un consentimiento de no fumar que no figura en el contrato reservado por booking, te ponen una excusa de una supuesta ley (que no existe). Tomen en cuenta que no lo firmamos. En tal caso deberían agregarlo como condición en booking. Fuera de eso, la atención no fue mala pero tampoco excelente. El hotel es lindo pero un poco viejo. Nos falto un concillier
