-: Debieran tener mejor música, creo Que está muy adaptado a personas americanas y europeas. Mejor entretencion en la piscina. Las comidas como todo servicio buffet están en el promedio, nada brillante y los restaurantes especiales igual en el promedio. Los salvavidas y personal de enfermería debieran estar mejor preparados para primeros auxilios.

-: No food on beach, or out by ocean chairs. Would be nice to be able to eat somewhere besides the actual restaurants. I also realized this does work bc there were no bugs, ants, or garbage laying around. So it makes sense why there isn't. The seaweed at the beach....but what can you do?

+: Lo que mas me gustó fue la habitación que incluye la cama y almohada excelente. El paisaje hermoso. En cuanto a las piscinas estaban perfectas. Los restaurantes bien, solo a mi juicio faltó mas variedad en la Hacienda. Los bares , el café .. todo muy bueno y rico.

-: Food in the Italian place was a disappointment, runny and tasteless polenta accompanied the fish dish. Frozen beef used in carpaccio made it very watery. Dessert was average. “Music” ( raggaeton) in the pool is too loud at times it woked us all the way to the beach cabanas. I think several people must have complained directly to the DJ because eventually the volume was just loud and no longer uncomfortable.
