+: The pool was nice.

-: We were not allowed in the water in front of the hotel because of rocks in the water. It would have been unsafe. The registration process took about 15 - 20 minutes and then we got a tour of the pool area, but not shown to our room. I also had to put down a security deposit for just one night's stay and was told it would be reimbursed that day. I was given a number to call if there were any problems getting it back. It has not been reimbursed yet and I am back home. The beds had no blankets just sheets. I was cold in the evening and went to get some blankets, but no one was in the office. I was disappointed in the hotel for the price.

+: The view of our room was exceptional...as the description provided 'Ocean View'. It felt like we were on top of the ocean. At night we slept with the balcony doors open to hear the ocean. It was sublime. Our room was very clean and tidy. It had all the necessary things you need - fridge, safe, cups, glasses, hob, kettle etc. It was very lovely. The hosts, who own the apartment was very kind and present during all what's app messaging. The apartment was on the main bus route so it was very very easy to catch a bus to the main Hotel Zone. It was literally a 5-10 min journey for 12 pesos per person. We used the buses regularly. The pool was clean, well maintained and added to the view. There was a restaurant onsite which provided reasonably good food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall we had a wonderful time at the Ocean View Apartments.

-: The receptionists who over see the site were awful. They were rude and dismissive. On arrival after a long flight we encountered a long debate about the payment due. Booking.com showed that we owed £748 (which matched the USD amount). However, to pay by card they wanted to use the pesos amount at the exchange rate of 21.50 which added another £150 onto our bill. We were told this is what the hosts had told them, and unless we paid this amount we would not be given the keys. After about 90 min this was resolved following a conversation with the hosts which took the exchange rate down to something closer to the live market rate of 19.37. This was still high but acceptable. It is very important when staying at the Ocean View Apartments to negotiate the exchange rate before hand with the host. The receptionists were just doing their job, but it made the start of our honeymoon unnecessarily stressful. We had a second difficult encounter with the receptionist after being told we had not paid for the extra night, when we had and were at 6.30am woken to provide evidence of payment. They had a change over of staff and had not communicated clearly with each other. It was not a pleasant experience. Overall, the kindness of the host, the beautiful view, great room made our whole experience worthwhile. We do recommend the Ocean View Apartments. We would stay there again, but you must be aware of the potential difficulties you may encounter. Whilst the host, was focused on the customer experience, the receptionist (who are ambassadors of the host) were not.

-: Lo que anuncian no es, estando ahí con todo y maletas se ve uno en la necesidad de pagar todo lo que le piden cuando se supone que había unos precios separados, le cobran impuestos y multa desde antes de entrar a la habitación con el compromiso que lo regresan cosa que no lo devuelven,. Los que atienden en el condolminio si son buenos para cobrar y ya después dicen que ellos no tienen nada que ver con esa habitación ya que la dueña es independiente. Pésimo servicio. No hiban a hacer el aseo por decir que nonoertenecia al condominio. Todo esto muy mal y falsedad en lo que ofrecen. La habitación esta arrinconada en tercer nivel y par a subirte te subes por unas escaleras en caracol incómodas que apenas cabe uno.

-: nem volt wifi a két hét tartózkodásunk alatt hiába kértük, a kauciót nagyon sokára kaptuk vissza és a kártyás fizetésre felszámoltak

-: Ruido muy molesto casi todo el día , todos los días por remodelación alapar . Y quitaban servicio de electricidad todos los días de 10 am a 5 pm
