    +: Great location-close to the airport & downtown Cancun. We were only there for one night so it was perfect for us. The hotel was lovely & clean. The pool area was absolutely incredible!! The staff were friendly, polite & helpful. And a free breakfast! Highly recommend.

    -: The room wasn't anything special. A little dark and miserable, but it was fairly spacious, very clean & had a balcony overlooking the pool area. Also the gym was unfortunately closed for maintenance.

    +: Buena localización, limpieza del cuarto todos los dias

    -: El piso que nos quedamos no tenía aire acondicionado entonces cada que salíamos del cuarto y esperar el elevador era un infierno, nos dejaron sin Toallas 2 días, el día que llegamos nos entregaron un cuarto con una cama y solicite con 2 camas, y las puertas de los cuarto qué nos cambiaron no abrieron.
