-: En cuanto a la limpieza de las habitaciones fatal y el cuarto que me toco al tercer dia empezo a filtrar el techo del baño El hotel es bello pero le falta mucho mantenimiento tiene filtraciones de agua en muchas partes del hotel.

+: The room was very good, we have upgraded to an ocean-view room. The resort is big, well organized and well maintained. The staff were very helpful. The beach is absolutely amazing. Clean water, sand and gentle waves, great for families. Color and temperature of the water was also perfect.
-: The qualityclass of food in the restaurants can be much better, relative to the price. Amount of free seating and shade around the pools should be increased. I feel the pool chairs are intentionally kept less and without much shade in order to upsell the paid daybeds. Drinks can be less watered down and less sugary. Service of drinks around the pools and all over the resort can be better.

+: La gente del servicio es un 100, y los restaurantes buffet, comida italiana y el bar especialmente de la piscina son realmente buenos
-: La habitación estaba pésima, teníamos cucarachas, si usabas el jacuzzi se filtraba el agua y quedaba toda la terraza mojada, el baño era antiguo y se notaba el mal traer, los baños públicos constantemente sucios, para usar la piscina tenías que levantarte muy temprano( 6 am) para poder ocupar una reposera y especialmente una con sombra, porque la que quedaba libres eran las pagadas que costaban 250 usd el día.

-: All the staff apart from a couple of staff were rude. Some of them were borderline offensive. Almost swearing directly at us because I are ordering a meal and a drink at an all inclusive resort. Someone forgot to tell the staff that the hotel was all inclusive
