-: The room was full with humidity and the floor and roof was watering the whole night. They had changed our room because I felt down due to the water in the floor. The restaurant was very expensive

+: The staff was amazing, friendly, and very helpful with arranging a taxi. Top-notch service, the bartenders even knew our orders by just looking at us after the first day and what room to charge it to. The dive shop was close by and we were able to get the boat right outside of the hotel. Buccanos is also very close and an excellent evening cocktail or dinner place.
-: We were there in April, which is a slower time in Cozumel so the dive shop wasn't open as much as we had hoped, which didn't matter in the end because we had some windy days and the small boat harbor was closed so we wouldn't have been able to dive anyhow. And maybe the dive shop was closed because the small boat harbor was too.
