+: The property itself is beautiful and the staff do an excellent job of putting on lots of activities, games, and shows.

-: It was very inconvenient to get Ubers or rides not affiliated with the hotel. They made us walk to the front gate to meet our rides

+: Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is walking distance to the main marina. Overall experience was great

-: The employees are too pushy trying to selling you activities, day pass or trying to upgrade your room.

+: 1. Staff upgraded our room upon our arrival, at no charge. 2. The bed was over-the-top comfy and so were the pillows. 3. Concierge services were outstanding, particularly "Roberto". 4. Finally, great margaritas! (We did NOT do an all-inclusive on this trip and it was our first vacation to Cabo.)

-: We did not like getting confronted in the lobby with sales pitches for Time Share, in which we have No Interest.
