+: Convenient location in Playa del Carmen, very clean with all facilities and amenities of an apart hotel including complete kitchen, furniture, washing and dryer machine, jacuzzi, etc. Feels like home. Nice pool area, kids loved it.
-: Close to a few night clubs or karaoke clubs that may make your nights miserable if you are a light sleeper. Apparently there is no noise ordinance laws in effect.In addition, all guests have to wear a plastic (and uncomfortable) wristband during the whole stay, which is rather inconvenient.

+: Rooms are well equipped, comfortable and nicely located
-: I had a problem with the AC on the main bedroom, had to go sleep in another room as it was late at night. Next morning, maintenance staff went to check the AC and it was working. Following night, same problem happened and we were given another room for the night again. Staff was friendly and assisted to solve the problem promptly but maintenance should have checked the problem when reported the first night.

+: מלון יפה, חדרים נוחים ומרווחים ממוקם קרוב מאד למרכז התיירות בעיר
-: במהלך השהיה נגנב לנו טלפון נייד משטח המלון. מיקום הגניבה ופרטים נוספים מעלים חשד סביר שהוא נגנב על ידי אחד מעובדי המלון. צוות המלון ומנהליו היו אדישים לאירוע ולא סייעו בדבר. במהלך השהות התקלקל המקרר בחדרנו וכל האוכל הרב שרכשנו נזרק לפח. גם במקרה הזה צוות המלון היה אדיש ברובו לאירוע, לא ניסה לפצות, שלח אותנו להשתמש במקרר בחדר אחר ולא הסכים לסייע בפינוי התכולה במקרר.
