-: - WiFi is spotty - they don’t have generators in case of power outrage which happened during my stay - very dark interiorlobby- no direct parking (free parking on the streets from 10am-10pm, otherwise, pay 10 pesos per hour. The parking machines only take 10, 5, 1 peso coins. Not 20! - breakfast is very light: choice of teacoffee, juice, 2 toasted bread with jam and butter, small serving of yogurt and nuts, and small serving of fruits. No eggs at all. - no guests allowed

+: Es un hotel antiguo de 2 estrellas, por el nombre “Boutique”, presumi que era algo diferente, como más requintado acorde con el concepto de esta categoría. La ubicación es muy céntrica en calle más fiestera y cobijada de Playa del Carmen.El personal es amable y eficiente. El jardín del lobby es bellísimo.
-: La habitación aunque es amplia, la decoración y el baño necesitan renovación. El desayuno es bastante básico, hace falta algo de proteína.

+: Perfect location near the end of all the hustle and bustle of 5th avenue but very easily walkable. The room was very comfortable with AC which was a great relief from the heat. There was a fridge in the room which was so handy for keeping water cold. The staff were very welcoming, special mention to Saul who was exceptional and made us feel very welcome. He organised a great tour for us and some great food recommendations!

+: Le personnel était très sympathique et bienveillant, il m'a aidé dans mes démarches administratives avec la douane et m'ont même imprimé des documents gratuitement. Le petit déjeuner était dans un restaurant partenaire avec une terrasse donnant sur la 5e avenue ce qui était très agréable. Le décor avec les plantes est vraiment sublime, encore plus beau en vrai que sur les photos. la chambre était confortable.
