+: The beach and overall the outdoor facilities including the pool are amazing. I would come back just for that.Also the breakfast was delicious, so many options and everything tasted amazing.The staff was also very friendly and attentive.

-: The rooms were a bit outdated, but the issue at least for me was the AC. Somehow the room felt humid, even if we tried different settings

-: Me entregaron 3 veces mal la habitacion, me hicieron perder una hora entre el check in y darme la habitacion, me la dieron a las 5 de la tarde cuando debe ser a las 3Fatal el servicio, no regreso jamás

+: 1. The beach was clean and calm.2. The breakfast had a good variety.

-: 1. The reception staff were extremely rude and condescending. I booked a room with a 2-queen-sized bed with an ocean view and then withdrew the first night from my account to guarantee the booking. When we reached around 7 pm after flying for almost 24 hours to be informed that our room was not available and they could only give us the king bedroom. After my insistence, a room magically appeared but they made us wait a while.2. They made us pay the full amount upfront, although they had already withdrawn the money for the first night and I was told that the withdrawal would automatically reverse, something that still didn't happen. I was told it will take “20 days”. So be aware not to give them the full amount before the reversal because you won't be seeing your money.3. They asked me if I wanted to keep my credit card with them for in hotel purchase but I didn't feel safe doing that. So then every time I needed a service they had to rudely throw that in my face and that I needed to pay before the service, even when I asked to charge my room.4. The air conditioning in the room was not optimal, it was mostly kept at 24 C and it was too hot during sleep.5. We asked for a late checkout but they did not accommodate us, when we reached our room to pack before 12 we were locked outside the room but the receptionist said it was just malfunction so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt for that but only to wait almost 30 mins for checkout due to the long Que. 6. I asked for pick up from the airport but no one responded until very late when we were already in the airport. 7. The spam messages from the hotel and their memberships. THEY DON'T STOP! But when I inquire about something they take them days to respond.

+: Brilliant location. Great beach facilities and pool. Easy access to transport to other locations with bus stop outside and ferry terminal a short walk away.
