+: Beds are very comfortable, and location is excellent. It’s walking distance to shops and restaurants.

-: They do not clean your room, they just made the bed. I made a complaint and l do have pictures proving it. I paid for my relative room and it happened the same cleaning experience.I have stayed in many intercontinental around the world, my husband is a Diamond member and the front desk made a copy my US passport, in Mexico there a lot identity theft, and very concerned. We never had made a copy in any of our stays, l stayed in a very high end hotel in Tequila and they just ask you to see it but never made a copy. I find that very suspicious. Be aware!!
