-: Beaucoup trop grand. Impersonnel. Piège à touristes 2300….Chambre avec 2 lits single demandés et non prépareé. Petit déjeuner: 20 minutes de queue pour une qualité médiocre. Attente systématique aux voiturettes pour nous déplacer d’un lieu à l’autre du complexe de 46 bâtiments

+: Location, Pools, number of restaurants, food and mid-shelf alcohol all on the all-inclusive wrist band. Great concierge desk to book activities. There were about six pools so you could always find a chair somewhere and every pool has a bar and poolside catering. Friendlyhelpful staff. Highly Rec to stay.

+: Location was great, views from room were lovely. I could play Quivera staying on this property, the only reason why we stayed.
-: Had to change rooms as overwhelming 'musty' smell, set my allergies off. Food was average at best. Last night I got 'glutened' after asking 3 times if the dish contained gluten and being told no forcefully. Drinks offered (vodka i had) were watered down for sure. Wine was disgusting, couldn't drink it. Adult only pool next to my building closed while I was there.

-: We booked an ocean front room for our honeymoon and upon arrival to our room we noticed an extremely strong smell that made us light headed. It was the new plastering of lights in the bathroom that were causing a terrible chemical smell. We asked to change rooms and even go to a room of less value that we paid for but they said there was nothing they could do. We ended up staying in the room the entire stay and were then kept awake for the following 3 nights by guests staying above us and stomping around at 3am. Unfortunately we got minimal to no sleep our entire stay and left feeling exhausted.

+: Lots of options at the Breakfast buffet. The egg station was also a great option as well. We also enjoyed having breakfast at the diner.
-: Even though we had all inclusive, we did not have the freedom to walk in to the buffet and seat ourselves. We had to check in with a host, scan our bracelet and then wait to be seated. The wait at the diner was long. Even to be greeted after sitting down we waited a long time just to place order.
