+: The bed was so comfortable after some of the beds I had experienced in my travels through mexico .. the location was great too, close to all the main attractions and markets. Shower was great too and the aircon worked :)

-: The room was pretty small and there was no view, so I felt a bit boxed in.

+: Está cerca al Zócalo y estación de Metro.

-: Pésimo servicio, pedí un omelet con poco aceite, se demoraron 25 minutos y me entregaron un omelet muy grasoso, escurría aceite. Me quisieron cobrar 2 botellas de agua que nunca estuvo en la habitación y tuve que esperar 20 minutos para que al fin mal no me cobren, perdí por ello parte de un tour. No recomiendo este hotel.

+: Un bel hôtel, très bien situé avec une belle architecture et de belles décorations. Le petit déjeuner était bien. Le personnel était charmant, attentif, agréable, souriant, nous avons longuement échangé avec les personnes de l'accueil : Sandy, David, Andrea...

-: Le tarif est très élevé en comparaison des autres hôtels du secteur. La chambre était petite, la salle de bain minuscule (on n'y tient pas à deux) et pas très pratique. Le lit était catastrophique, tout petit, et très mou, on y a mal dormi! La clim était complètement arrêtée quand la chambre était vide, ok, mais en rentrant, la chambre était à 28 degrés, sans réfrigérateur...

-: WiFi didn’t work properly, jacuzzi lacked hot water, being treated as if I were a thief instead of a welcome guest. Elaborating on the last point I was told I had to leave another thousand MXN prior to being assigned a room upon check in, this was never mentioned prior to charging my card for the price of the room, and the reason for the extra deposit was in case I damaged the property or had other untoward behavior. They had other stringent guidelines that made me think these rules were meant for teenagers and not for adults, and for this reason I will never stay at this hotel again. I could have dealt with the bad WiFi and the lack of hot water, but will never accept being treated as a second class citizen by an establishment whose purported intent is to make me feel as a valued guest.
