-: Gosh! Where do I begin… 1. The apartment is over run by ants. We had to spend over an hour multiple times a day killing ants. They came every day to spay and try and get rid of them and nothing worked!2. The guy looking to come and collect the money will mess you around. We had to rush back before 5 the first day from an excursion only for him to last minute say he already left work early. Then the next day we had to wait in the room until 10am. He still wasn’t there by 10.30 and messaged he had car problems. The family was getting anxious, but he said unless we are there we will get locked out and so it really felt like our stay had to be scheduled around this person from the management company. 3. This is not a resort, it’s a privately owned condo. No towels at the pool or cushions on the chairs. Also you are not allowed to have a drink anywhere pool side, you have to get out of the water and drink it sitting in your chair. The security guard is extremely strict.4. The bed was broken and loose in one of the rooms and so the mattress had to be put on the floor to sleep on! Remember the ants????5. Jacuzzi tub on the balcony wasn’t working. They did fix it and we got to use it once the day before we left. 6. There’s a sign on the beach that says April - November you have to watch out for Jellyfish and the guard said there are frequently jellyfish in the water there so we didn’t let the kids go into the ocean at this place.7. While the units have a fridge, they are not connected to the water and so you can’t dispense water or Ice.

+: Everything this place is beautiful. The condo we got was beautiful on the first floor. Very safe and everyone at the restaurants is friendly.

+: En realidad el lugar es bastante cómodo para j a familia, se tiene el mar al frente de las instalaciones y la piscina es bastante amplia y limpia

-: Hay que ir en carro ya que está lejos del centro de Playa del Carmen, no se da servicio de limpieza en ningún momento o bien se paga adicional, lo cual es bastante complicado en estadías amplias, los colchones estaban bastante duras, la propiedad es muy amplia y depende de donde esté su apartamento la piscina y la playa quedan bastante lejos, no hay recepción y los precios del restaurante son algo elevados

+: The massive salt-water pool was the highlight! Spacious apartment. Great alternative if you're looking for an alternative to the all-inclusive resorts. All communication was via Whats App which worked well for us. Spanish speakers in our party made this easy. But important to know this before booking. More of a vacation apartment rental than a full service resort, so be aware of that.

-: Wish the apartments came with a few basic supplies, like dishwashing soap and laundry detergent. There is a small store on the property where you can get these things, but would have been nice & more convenient to have some of these cleaning supplies included for the price.
