+: The property was nice, but the front desk staff told us an extra bottle of water was 800 pesos. Completely unacceptable in a city that you cannot drink from the tap. A bottle of water from Starbucks nearby was 58 pesos.

-: The staff told us an extra bottle of water was 800 pesos. For a luxury hotel, an extra bottle of water should be complimentary. I will be sending my business associates elsewhere when we visit Monterrey next time.
