+: Great location, impressive public areas, onsite garage (not cheap), nice bathroom

-: Poor room facilities (no fridge, no coffee-maker, no mirror in the room), bad smell from the bathroom sink, draining tap, only hot and very hot water from the tap. We did not get room cleaning twice because our schedule (leaving the room for 5-6 hours in the middle of the day) did not fit housekeepers’ schedules. The salad we ordered to the room lacked two most nutritious components (cheese and nuts).

+: La ubicación es excelente y el patio espectacular

-: Por decir algo, la moqueta que había en la habitación. Por higiene, mejor otra cosa

+: El edificio colonial

-: El lavabo estaba tapado

+: La atención del personal es inmejorable. Muy atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar.

-: El único punto que se me ocurre comentar es que el colchón era un poco suave para mi gusto pero también entiendo que todos tenemos distintos gustos personales en ese aspecto.

+: La habitación era amplia y la cama súper cómoda. El domingo en la mañana hay buffet (nuestra tarifa no incluía el costo del desayuno, tal vez alguna otra sí). Ublicación muy céntrica y el personal muy amable. El edificio es un ex convento del siglo XVI.

-: El estacionamiento no estaba incluido en la tarifa, sí hay, pero hubo que pagarlo aparte. La habitación estaba hasta el fondo y daba a una calle. Alrededor del hotel hay como 5 iglesias entonces, en domingo en la mañana, las campanadas suenan desde temprano. No es terrible, pero si se tiene el sueño muy ligero, tal vez conviene una habitación mas adelante.

+: The architecture, style, the way the original structure was kept.

-: We changed rooms because we were told it was going to be noisy because workers were working on an event the next day till 10pm. We went down at 6pm and the workers had left. That was strange.
