+: Del desayuno me encantó: 1. La atención de los meseros, están pendientes SIEMPRE de lo que necesites, te dan recomendaciones de donde ir. 2. La ubicación del restorán junto a la laguna. Es hermoso desayunar ahí. 3. La calidad de la comida... EXCELENTE, sólo con excepción del jugo de naranja que estaba mezclado, pero todo lo demás MUY MUY BIEN.

+: Muy bonito y la piscina tenía una vista preciosa. El personal del restaurante es magnífico, Esperanza y su equipo de trabajo realmente son muy muy amables

-: Tuve un inconveniente con la ducha porque el agua salía muy caliente y cuando lo reporté en recepción quisieron hacerlo ver como que era un problema mío porque esa era la temperatura normal del hotel aún cuando lo había revisado alguien del hotel. Después de un buen rato nos resolvieron y me cambiaron la habitación pero inicialmente no se tomó muy en cuenta mi solicitud.

+: Beautiful pool

+: Some of the staff were very nice, especially Julio. The view from the rooms on the top floor is lovely. Lots of nice birds flying around. It was only 5-15 minutes in a car to most places we wanted to visit

-: Our room was pretty dirty, the surfaces hadn’t been wiped, we found an old sock in the cupboard, and there appeared to be traces of a blood stain in the bathroom. The food was bland and very overpriced. Some of the staff were nice but one receptionist was very unhelpful. We went to Chichen Itza for a couple of nights before returning back to Real Inn so we wanted to leave a suitcase behind and just bring rucksacks but she refused to help us. The hotel was almost empty so there was definitely space to leave a suitcase in the luggage hold but she told us we would have to pay the full price of a room to leave a bag overnight! She would not help us with suggestions for luggage storage place in Cancun either. It just does not make you feel valued as a customer. The gym is not great, the cable machine only has one attachment and one of the cables is broken. The location is pretty poor as there are not many decent restaurants close to it, Playa Langostina is nearby and very nice but other hotels seem to own most of it. There is a scuba school that was using the pool which does not make the vibe very relaxing. The WiFi is not very reliable.

+: La piscina cuando no la usan los buzos. Y la atención del personal del restaurante y la barra de café.

-: La atención de 2 muchachos, 1 de recepción con sobre peso (en las noches) y 1 muchacho de reservas sin ninguna vocación de servicio. Me alojé por 8 días y estuve alojado con mi esposa por 4 ó 5, quise que me expliquen ó ayuden a cancelar los restantes con booking y no tenían ganas de hacerlo. Un hombre de recepción con sobre peso no tenía ganas de atender en la noche y sobre todo un hombre flaco de cabello negro y anteojos de reservas o recepción tampoco tiene ganas de atender. De hecho me encabrone con este último. A ESTOS DOS LES FALTA VOCACIÓN DE SERVICIO, COMPROMISO Y MENOS JERARQUÍA deberían reemplazarlos, sobre todo estos masculinos que mencioné. El personal restante super bien en la atención, tanto la gente del café, como del restaurante, de la limpieza y mucamas, valet,s y todos los demás excelentes en atención y en su desempeño. Falta mantenimiento edilicio, falta mejorar las políticas del hotel. Gente con toma de decisiones una temporada y todo se mejora. Los pájaros en el restaurante muy feo les queda. Espero algún día me demuestren que estoy equivocado y que todo puede cambiar. Porque en 5 años solo veo que se viene abajo el hotel. Ojalá tomen nota de todo. Saludos cordiales al equipo.
